“Melissa is an incredible realtor on both the buyer and the seller side. First she represented me in my home purchase. She set me up with a search and immediately honed in on what I was looking for. I fell in love with the first house I saw, but did not have high expectations for getting it given that it was priced well and I fully believed I would be outbid. Melissa somehow negotiated the deal at the price I was willing to pay even though the sellers had received higher offers. It was unbelievable. So, dream home purchased at an amazing price, check.
